Shipping

When Will I Get My Order?

Currently, I only offer standard shipping during checkout. Maximum shipping time for this option means your order will be delivered in 2 weeks or less (although most orders arrive much earlier).

If you need your order sooner than this, please contact me for prices and faster options.

If your order arrived after the 14-day timeframe (or wasn't delivered at all) please contact me with your order number and product name(s). I will work with you to issue a refund/re-shipment of product.

What If My Order Never Arrived?

If your order never arrived (or arrived later than 14 days after your order was confirmed), please contact me and provide your order confirmation number (this should have been sent to you via email) and a description of what you ordered. I will get back to you as soon as possible with refund/re-shipping information!

Do you ship outside the USA?

Unfortunately, I can not currently ship orders outside the USA.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

General Policies

Please read the general policies below for information about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

I DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. Please DO NOT RETURN PRODUCTS TO ADDRESS ON PACKAGE. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me after reading through the policies and FAQ below and I can work with you to issue a refund or re-ship you a product.

I only offer refunds or re-shipment of products if they arrive damaged, mis-printed, delivered over 14 days after order confirmation, or if you received the wrong product.

If your order was damaged or mis-printed, please contact me and provide your order number, product name(s), and clear photos of the damaged/mis-printed product and I will issue you a refund or send you a corrected product.

If you received the incorrect product (Ex: ordered a print but a notebook was delivered), please contact me with your original order number, product name(s), and photos of the product you received. I will send you the correct product.

If your order arrived after 14 days from your order confirmation (or wasn't delivered at all) please contact me with your order number and product name(s). I will work with you to issue a refund/re-shipment of product.

Every order and product on my website is custom-made, therefore I CAN NOT issue a refund or exchange for products outside the reasons above. When ordering, PLEASE ENSURE YOU SELECT THE CORRECT SIZE/COLOR/STYLE that you want.

My order was delivered damaged/misprinted

If your order was damaged or mis-printed, please contact me and provide your order number, product name(s), and clear photos of the damaged/mis-printed product and I will issue you a refund or send you a corrected product.

I received the wrong order

If you received the wrong size/color/etc or a different product than you ordered, please contact me with your order number and clear photos of the product you received. I will work to refund or re-send you a correct product.

I ordered the wrong size/color/style

All my products are custom made to order, therefore I cannot accept returns/exchanges/refunds for products that were ordered incorrectly.

PLEASE make sure to double-check that your selections on the order screen are exactly to your specifications, or you will need to re-order a new product.

If you received the WRONG size/color/etc than you specified on the order screen, please contact me with your order number and clear photos of the product you received. I will work to refund or re-send you a correct product.

I'm not happy with my purchase

I can only issue refunds/re-shipment of products in the case of damaged products, mis-printed products, delivery outside the maximum specified delivery time, or products that were not delivered/lost in transit.

All my products are custom made to order, therefore I cannot accept returns/exchanges/refunds for products that were ordered incorrectly.

I would like to buy an original artwork

Your interest is appreciated! I have a rotation of originals that I sell based on availability, including drawings, paintings, and other works. You can see the originals currently for sale on my originals page

I would like to commission an artwork/custom product

I love taking on art commissions! I currently offer many options for custom works, including drawings, paintings, digital prints/works, and other custom products.

How much does a commission cost?

Commission prices vary by subject matter, media, and size. I cannot quote any prices until I have an idea of what you would like, however, the minimum price for any commission is $20.
